Do you work only with women?

However, my practice is dedicated to supporting women through anxiety, life transitions, motherhood, menopause, and the psychological impact of living internationally. I also treat men who live abroad

Do you work with couples?

Yes, I do dual therapy not only for couples but for parent-child pairs or mixed couples with different cultural backgrounds.

How does the therapy start?

After the initial session, we begin our introductory work over 2-3 sessions, during which we discuss your main issues, your history, and your goals. Then we decide how we proceed, how long, and with which method. Finally, we sign the therapy contract based on our agreed goals and therapy plan.

I live abroad — can we work across time zones?

Yes. I work with clients internationally and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones.

How do online sessions work?

Sessions take place via a secure video platform. You will receive a private link before your appointment. All sessions are confidential and professionally conducted.

How often should I attend therapy?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. Over time, sessions may move to biweekly, depending on your goals and progress.

Is hypnotherapy mandatory?

No. Hypnotherapy, relaxation, and mindfulness-based approaches are available when appropriate, but are always optional and adapted to your comfort level.

How long does therapy last?

Some clients seek short-term focused support (6–10 sessions). The training therapies are a bit longer, 8-12 weeks,  and for deeper personality transformation, I offer 6-12 months of therapy. We decide together based on your needs.
