ABOUT Szilvia Kovács

Personal Philosophy

Therapy is a space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Even during challenging life stages, growth and clarity are not only possible but an inevitable result when you are supported with care and professionalism.

I am a Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing therapeutic support and more than 30 years of experience working in the fields of mental health and education.

I offer online therapy for women who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, motherhood, menopause, or the emotional impact of living abroad.

My approach is person-centred and integrative. I combine counselling, hypnotherapy, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness-based methods, adapting the process to each individual’s needs and pace.

I believe therapy should feel respectful, safe, and collaborative. My role is not to judge or direct, but to support you in understanding your experiences more deeply and strengthening your inner resources.

Many of my clients are women living internationally who seek professional support in English or Hungarian, and who value working with a therapist familiar with the emotional realities of relocation and cross-cultural life.

I work online, offering confidential sessions worldwide.

My practice is built on professional standards, discretion, and respect for clients managing complex personal and international lives.
